Claire's background
Claire Parrish began her career in finance, having attained a 2:1 Ba Hons in Business & Management studies. She may well have left the City far behind her, but her financial skills enable her to deliver each project within a pre-specified budget, be it to renovate a pied a terre on a shoe string or a full scale turnkey project.
Claire qualified from the esteemed KLC School of Design in Chelsea Harbour in 2000 and upon graduating worked at Stephen Ryan Design & Decoration for two years. Here she learnt the important, hands on skills of day to day project management and was introduced to a glamourous clientele, including some of the finest houses in London and around the world. Her first solo interior design commission was a minimalist bachelor pad in St John's Wood in 2002, followed swiftly by a country estate in Sussex....reflecting the range of styles she is keen to be involved with.
Claire firmly believes that the key to design is to create a scheme that combines the client's personality, with enduring elegance and the requirements of contemporary daily living.
